Dierra Lashes Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume launches, sales, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be extended slightly. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. 

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • Priority Shipping (U.S.): 2–4 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by country)

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carriers, weather, holidays, or customs processing.

Free Shipping

We offer FREE U.S. shipping on orders over $99 automatically at checkout.

Tracking Orders

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear. Incorrect Addresses Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Dierra Lashes is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fee.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once packages are handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

 

International Shipping Policy

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Dierra Lashes proudly ships worldwide.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, VAT, or brokerage fees required by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery if applicable.

Dierra Lashes is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, import regulations, carrier delays, or packages refused by customs authorities.

By placing an international order, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to understand and comply with your country's import regulations before purchasing.

Due to varying customs regulations, we cannot guarantee delivery timeframes once a package has entered the destination country.

No refunds or replacements will be issued for packages delayed, held, abandoned, or refused by customs.

Adhesive-Specific Disclaimer

LASH ADHESIVE INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Lash adhesives may be subject to additional customs regulations depending on the destination country.

By purchasing lash adhesive products from Dierra Lashes, the customer assumes responsibility for ensuring the products comply with local import requirements.

Dierra Lashes cannot be held liable for customs restrictions, import refusals, seizures, duties, taxes, or regulatory requirements imposed by the destination country.
